by If you believe tokens have been sent but do nit seem to have arrived there are a few things you can check:
- Automatic payments sometimes fail. You need to ask the person who administers the project to login to the account via their mobile to see if there are payments pending. Try to process them again manually
- If the recipient has not received your tokens before there can be a trust issue.
